Excellent Strength and Conditioning programme for both aspiring athletes and hobbyists. Very easy to follow and extremely well structured, from a well accomplished fighter and coach.
I am currently 6 weeks in and have noticed significant strength improvements. The conditioning aspect of the workouts are challenging and this has translated very well into better performance on the mats during wrestling and jiu jitsu.
