Love the principles in this book. They’re really easy to follow and you don’t necessarily need to sacrifice the foods you love by going for low-carb alternatives. I bought copies of this book primarily for my friends who needed guidance and they’ve been dropping fat quickly whilst gaining a lot more energy.
