Do I need any experience to start?+
Not at all. Every program is designed to meet you at your level, and most of our members started as complete beginners. Your first class will be welcoming and fully guided.
What should I bring to my first session?+
Comfortable sportswear, a water bottle, and yourself. For grappling a rash guard helps; for striking we can point you to the right gloves — nothing special is required for your first class.
What ages do the kids classes cover?+
Our kids programs are built for ages 5–12, split by age and ability where needed, and always carefully supervised with safety as the top priority.
Is there a contract?+
No long contracts. Choose an unlimited membership or an 8-class pack — both renew monthly, and unused classes don't roll over, so it's use it or lose it.
