Our striking program blends boxing and Muay Thai fundamentals into a practical, well-rounded system: stance, footwork, punching, kicking, defence and combinations through structured pad work and technical drills.

Sessions include conditioning designed to improve endurance, coordination and overall athleticism. Technique and safety come first, so you develop clean mechanics while building confidence and fitness.
