Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on effective grappling for sport, self-defence and physical development — learning to control, submit and escape using leverage and technique rather than strength.
You'll follow a structured progression through positional control, submissions, guard work, passing and escapes. We emphasise understanding concepts, not just memorising techniques, so your Jiu-Jitsu adapts to any opponent.
Classes suit complete beginners and experienced grapplers alike. The environment is supportive, technical and challenging.
