Word from the mats.
The coaching here is on another level. Every session has a clear structure and I've improved more in six months than I did in years elsewhere.
I started as a complete beginner and never felt out of place. The instructors break everything down and the community is genuinely welcoming.
My son has grown so much in confidence and discipline since joining the kids classes. The coaches are patient, safe and brilliant with children.
Structured, intense and rewarding. The nogi classes completely transformed my grappling and carried straight over into my MMA.
Fantastic striking program. My fitness, technique and confidence have all gone through the roof. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.
